Well, she's already gonna be mad that I put her picture on here so the smart thing to do would be skip this whole section and not talk about her, but that's not my style. So, here goes! Raised in N.C she managed to rope down a young Marine and start a family. Having two boys with a small age gap between them, she committed her life to be a stay-at-home mom, not just a regular ol' stay-at-home mom but arguably the best stay-at-home mom, ever, in the history of humanity. I mean lets be honest, the very first woman, Eve didn't raise her kids that great. Her oldest son Cain killed his little brother. Whether it be t-ball or cub scouts or whatever we were into at the time, she made sure we were there and that we tried our hardest. The same way with school work, we spent so much time on our little red and white enamel kitchen table doing homework and school projects all before she cooked a hot home cooked meal almost every single day. Now most parents get to take a little time and relax after their kids graduate and get married and move out but not this one. I got married in 2007 and with that came a 2 year old little boy, Cameron, who my mom immediately offered and began watching every day while we worked. When he turned old enough she started taking and picking him up from school. Then a few years later in 2011, Colt was born. There was never a mention of day care or a nanny, she started watching him and changing diapers and starting all back over and she wouldn't have had it any other way. Colt is 8 now and she still picks him up from school and takes him to the park and goes on little vacations with him. She does more with him being his Grandma than a lot of moms do with their own kids, I know one in particular! . I always try and remember to say "thank you and I love you" when I leave her house but that's still probably not enough times, so MOM, THANK YOU AND I LOVE YOU!
